有幸於2017年加入易達聯運國際團隊，在創辦人MIKE及堅強團隊做後盾及充分授權信賴下，很迅速有充分的發揮空間，無縫接軌和易達所有伙伴展開業務擴展及強化的功能。同時秉持著過去在航運、物流的實務經驗；再加上和國內外客戶一直以來保持良好的密切互動關係。
易達這些年來經由大夥的努力及團隊敬業的精神，業績不斷地茁壯、成長，近年來更締造出許多創新紀錄並參與許多知名重件、國際物流組織，提昇易達團隊形象及國際物流能見度並不斷地強化國際行銷通路，即使在目前疫情持續緊張、兇猛，全世界物流正面臨從未遭受過的嚴峻挑戰，易達團隊均能迎刃而解，為國內、外客戶尋求到最合宜的運輸方案。
在邁入二十年的源頭，對易達國際集團而言更是一個新的挑戰及新的里程。面對世界政經情勢的瞬息萬變，我們將持續秉持著公司所訂定的經營方針、穩健 踏實地一步步向目標邁進；依照詳實的策略藍圖，訂定可行的方針，戮力完成目標，易達國際不以今日的現況自滿，易達國際物流將持續加速國際化及人才培訓以便和世界接軌，創造更強而有力的競爭條件。

I’m with heartfelt feeling to express my gratitude and proud as part of EZLink ever since 2017. With Mike’s strong vision, aspirational leadership and trustful empowerment fueled by the strong support of team, I’m able to integrate into this big family swiftly and soon capitalize all my capabilities and commitment to contribute my profession, strengthening the collaboration partnership and expending the business. I’m more than honored to see our remarkable growth during the past few years when everyone plays such an important role to our growth contribution. Sales growth is a proven track. Yet beyond the record high sales achievement, we also made lots of miracles together with breakthrough innovation .
By participating to more and more global logistic organization, we had successfully uplifted the brand image of EZLink and foster our visibility with strong impact .
Foreseeing the fierce competition and the Covid impact, our anticipation and always-ready mindset had been driving us to conquer all the challenges to serve our clients the best-in-class solution.
We are embarking to a brand new era as the 20th Anniversary . It marks a significant milestone for EZLink to move step forward and carry on our success. Facing the fast-changing VUCA world, we believe the key to win is sticking to our core value proposition yet marching with bold move behind our crystal clear business strategy and actional planning as what we always do to achieve the target altogether.
Without being satisfied with the status quo, we believe that only if we keep accelerating our growth pace with continually investing in our talent development, it will enhance our competency to win in the competition eventually.
